WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS

  • A guided breath and meditation journey to help you settle into your body with ease, presence, and authenticity. Through conscious breathing, gentle somatic awareness, and guided meditation, you’re invited to soften self-consciousness, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of your body.

  • This workshop begins in circle with a playful and profound sensory practice where participants close their eyes or optionally wear a blindfold as whole foods are passed around, inviting deeper connection through touch, smell, texture, intuition, and taste. We often turn this into a gentle guessing game, sensing what each item is before it’s revealed, then tasting together and exploring the story each food carries, from soil and sunlight to farmers, harvesters, and the many hands that brought it to us. W

  • Are you feeling like life is off in some way, but you're confused about what specifically isn't working and what to do about it? Join transformational life coach Giselle of GG Empowers for this group session where we deep dive into each area of your life to determine what's already working and what needs to change. From here we will work together to set practical and measurable goals, and if there's time, even develop a plan of action to achieve it. Walk away with significanty more clarity and momentum towards a positive shift in your life.

  • Mandala Dot Painting- Come learn how to paint Mandala Dot art work.

  • A slow, land-connected guided meditation inviting you into deep sensory awareness. Using breath, subtle body scanning, and attention to the elements around you, you’re guided to experience your body as part of the natural world—free from judgment or performance. In this setting, being unclothed becomes a doorway into heightened presence, grounded connection, and nervous system ease.

  • Step-by-step guidance with pre-drawn canvases available. Paints, brushes, an 11x14 canvas, and a beverage are included. A unique and enjoyable way to relax, connect with others, and reduce stress while tapping into your creative side and vibing to music. $5 to participate to help cover the cost of materials.

  • Grab a partner or come find one and learn some reflexology skills that you can use on loved ones or yourself. Reflexology has many health benefits, including increasing circulation, promoting relaxation, pain relief, anxiety, depression, sleep, and more. Bring a blanket or towel to sit on, a chair is fine if you can’t do the ground.

  • This workshop invites participants to step away from the noise of daily life and re nature themselves in body, mind, and spirit through a meditative and shamanic journey into the forest and the inner voice. Guided by the Japanese inspired practice of Shinrin Yoku and Celtic Shamanism, we move slowly and mindfully in a sacred sensory immersion that calms the nervous system, grounds the body, opens the heart, and restores clarity. Along the way, we weave in gentle shamanic breathwork to open the channels of perception, release stagnant energy, and deepen presence with the living intelligence of the land. The experience culminates in an intuitive creative writing session where participants translate what they receive into poetry, journaling, reflection, or storytelling. No writing experience is necessary, only a willingness to listen, feel, and express.

  • A guided partner meditation exploring connection through breath, eye contact, and presence—without touch. You’re gently guided to meet one another beyond words, softening self-consciousness and cultivating grounded, authentic connection. Rooted in consent and choice, this practice invites a felt sense of being seen, met, and connected within a simple, intentional container.

  • A Taste of Tai Chi- "A taste of Tai Chi" is the perfect way to learn the ancient Chinese practice and to enjoy dozens of proven health benefits as you progress. This workshop will show you the proper form, movements, and pacing for tai chi exercises.

  • In this women's gathering, we drink the Goddess of Chocolate's medicine of the heart, and dive deep into self-love, soul remembrance, and the wild power sisterhood. Come to be cracked open, lifted up, and sent back into the festival glowing.

  • Be silly & untamed! Join singer-performer Kyrie OneLove & awaken your voice!! You'll buzz, hum & stretch into more freedom & expression. Through warmups and guided improvisation, you'll discover the joy of sound in a supportive space. No prior singing experience needed!

Tickets & Camping

To get the most out of your weekend, remember the Golden Rule: The Groove gets you in, but the Camp lets you sleep. You will need two things to call MoonGroove home: a Festival Wristband (GA) and a Camping Pass.

01

THE FESTIVAL PASS: YOUR KEY TO GROOVE CENTRAL

Everyone entering the festival grounds must have a GA Wristband. This is your "all-access" pass to the stages, the vendors, the sports courts, and the heart of the action: Groove Central.

The Full Weekend Groove (4-Day Pass)

For the true explorers who want every sunrise, every set, and every moment of the 2026 season. This is the most popular way to experience MoonGroove.

The Day Trip (Single Day Passes)

Can’t stay all weekend? Grab a cheaper single-day pass to dip your toes (and everything else) into the festivities.

Note: Festival passes cover your entry to the grounds and music, but they do not include a place to park your tent or rig.

02

CHOOSE YOUR ORBIT: THE CAMPING TIERS

MoonGroove is an immersive experience, and where you "land" at night matters. We have five distinct camping zones. As a rule: The closer you are to Groove Central, the higher the energy and the closer the hookups.

The Inner Circles (Lunar Loop & Lunar Lane): These are the front-row seats of camping. Located mere steps from the stages, these tiers offer the most convenience and include power hookups.

The Fusion Flats (Mid-Range Vibe): The perfect middle ground. You are close enough to walk to the music in minutes, but tucked away enough to catch some decent shut-eye when the late-night sets start to get deep.

The Cosmic Zones (Quiet & Semi-Quiet): Our sanctuaries. Cosmic Flats offers a semi-quiet buffer, while Cosmic Cove is for those who value restorative rest. Quiet hours are strictly enforced here starting at midnight.

Note: Camping passes are sold per vehicle/site. Whether you are bringing a tent, a van, or a luxury RV, you must select the specific zone that fits your needs. Every camper must also hold a valid GA Wristband.
