The Premier Clothing-Optional Festival Expands Footprint to New Grounds, Promising Enhanced Stages, Logistics, and a Bigger Vibe for the Growing Naturist Community

[PENNSYLVANIA] - November 11, 2025 - The MoonGroove Naturist Music, Arts & Sports Festival, renowned for its vibrant celebration of music, art, and community in a clothing-optional environment, today announced its move to a stunning, larger new location: White Thorn Lodge. The relocation for the July 16-19, 2026 event marks the beginning of a major expansion designed to accommodate the festival's rapid growth and elevate the unique experience for its dedicated attendees.

“Our core mission has always been to create a space where people can shed their inhibitions, embrace their true selves, and connect authentically,” says Eli Porr, Executive Director. “As the MoonGroove community continues to grow, we realized we needed a home as expansive and beautiful as our vision. White Thorn Lodge allows us to dramatically scale up, ensuring every one of our attendees has the space to relax, explore, and groove, au naturel.”

A New Footprint for an Enhanced Naturist Experience

The move to White Thorn Lodge is set to unlock unprecedented possibilities for production and comfort:

  • Bigger Vibe: The larger grounds will allow us to introduce new themed stage areas, significantly expand our music programming, and enhance production across all performance zones, creating a more immersive experience than ever before.

  • Enhanced Amenities & Logistics: The new venue provides infrastructure for improved traffic flow, easier entry/exit, and significantly upgraded camping and RV accommodations, ensuring a smoother festival experience for all guests. The grounds include access to all White Thorn facilities including a heated swimming poo, hot tub & sauna, volleyball, bocce & pickleball courts, and beautiful wooded hiking & running trails.

  • Art and Community: The expanded grounds will dedicate more space to large-scale art installations and community areas—perfect for volleyball, pickleball, bocce ball, corn hole, workshops, or simply basking in the sun. The MoonGroove team reaffirms its commitment to being a Leave No Trace event within this new natural environment.
